J*M*A THE SUMMER ZINE #1 by The ADHD Music Coach

J*M*A (she/her) is Jemma Roberts, a Neurodivergent Bristol based Artist Producer.

She has been busy making the transition from acoustic guitar playing singer-songwriter to electronic performance artist, gathering the skills to produce and perform music she would actually like to listen to- all whilst being challenged with ADHD and Autism.

Influenced by a love of house music, dance and mainstream pop, her upbeat rhythms provide a backdrop for her quirky, sometimes dark lyrics which will your get your attention... but you’ll want to stay for the self contained intrigue of her voice- an unusual mix of urgent and open, pop and punk, precise and raw.

J*M*A has appeared in various collaborations with Canadian House Producer Remi Blaze, Bristol Hip-hop Producer Subcalledstate and had tracks played on BBC radio.

J*M*A will be playing live electronic sets in the Autumn- dates to follow.
